Return / Refund Policy

1.Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

2.Return requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

3.The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

4.Return Process: Email or WhatsApp us with your order number, reason for return, product images, and an unpacking video.

5.Returns will be eligible only with an unpacking video sent to +91 9943707467 via WhatsApp or by email at kashanj2025@gmail.com
 along with the above-mentioned details.

6.Items are Non-Returnable if:

• Fabrics cut as per customer order.
• Fabrics purchased under sale or clearance items.

At Kashanj, we do not offer refunds. However, customers are eligible for a credit note or an exchange equivalent to the value of the original purchase.

To initiate an exchange, customers must contact us via phone at +91 9943707467 or +91 8940136116, or by email at kashanj2025@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please note that exchange requests submitted after this period will not be accepted. An unpacking video is mandatory.

Exchange will be processed through online mode within 6–10 working days.
